Education Offerings
ISI offers courses on everything from ISI software to industry-related topics like eCTDs and regulatory guidance. All of ISI’s courses contain a rich educational program for both novice and experienced users authored by experienced trainers. Upon successful mastery of each instructional course, participants are awarded a certificate of completion.
Instructor-led courses and workshops can be held onsite or at ISI's training facilities. most instructor-led courses can also be conducted remotely via WebEx and Adobe Connect.

ISI can customize and create specialized training curriculum to match your specific business process and environment. Any of our courses can be customized by request. In addition to superior knowledge of ISI software, our trainers and business process consultants are highly regarded experts in industry-standard practices and software. Their comprehensive experience encompasses the pharmaceutical, legal, and software development industries. Additionally, customized documentation, training materials, and work instructions can be developed by ISI's staff of curriculum developers and instructional designers.
Train-the-Trainer Courses
A train-the-trainer track is available for all ISI software courses. Geared towards internal trainers, this program covers the standard curriculum and focuses on preparing trainers to deliver training on ISI products. This intense program ensures that client trainers have all the requisite knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality training in-house. Participants in this program will recieve the source files for related ISI training material (training guides, handouts, etc.) as well any sample files used in the associated course.
