When installing ISIToolBox the error message “serial number invalid” appears. What does this mean?
Each full version of ISIToolBox requires a different serial number. If you are trying to install ISIToolBox 5.1 you will need a serial number that beings with a letter “G” if you are using a serial number that begins with a letter “J” that is for ISIToolBox 5.0. The letter “P” is for ISIToolBox 4.x and the letter “T” is for ISIToolBox 3.x. If you do not have the proper serial number for your version please contact support@imagesolutions.com.
When using Bookmark and Link Auditor the “Save Audit” button is selected but nothing happens, why?
The “Save Audit” function does not export the table contents to a file. The “Save Audit” function saves the audit results to the file so the next time the file is run with Bookmark and Link Auditor the audit function does not need to be re-run. To export the table contents please use the “Export Grid Contents” option.
After installing ISIToolBox, the ISIToolBox plugins are not displayed in Adobe Acrobat.
Open Adobe Acrobat. Go to Edit >> Preferences>> Startup and make sure the option “Use only certified plug-ins” is unchecked.
While trying to use iEnhance the functions do not seem to be working.
When the document was created it might have been created in a format the ISIToolBox can not properly read. Reprint the document using Acrobat Distiller or PDFMaker then use iEnhance on the newly printed document.
When using TOC Bookmarks and Links, a tab leader is displayed after bookmarks are created.
The TOC may not have been created properly using tab leaders. It may be necessary to verify how the TOC was created by examining the original source document.
When using Link Attributer, changing the text color on invisible links does not always wrap or cover the entire word or phrase.
Within Adobe settings, unlock the links (this will display the links so that they will be visible) and make sure the link is completely surrounding the word or phrase. Special or custom characters in the PDF file may also cause this.
After using ISICopy and pasting the information in a text file, the page formatting is lost.
ISICopy does not keep any page formatting, it will only copy the text.
ISIToolBox was installed as an evaluation and then purchased. A serial number has been provided, but how do I enable the full version?
If the Pharma or Professional editions were purchased you can simply open Adobe Acrobat and go to Help>>3rd Party Plug-ins >> ISIToolBox >> Enable and enter the appropriate information. If the Standard edition was purchased you will need to uninstall the evaluation and run the new installation, entering your appropriate information.
ISIToolBox was evaluated and now I would like to remove it from the computer.
ISIToolBox can be removed by going to Control Panel >> Add/Remove Programs >>Select ISIToolBox and choose Remove.
What is the ISIPrinter within the Printers and Faxes directory used for?
ISIPrinter is used by EZPDFMaker to convert the documents to PDF.
