Refund Policy

 
1. ONLINE PURCHASE. By using any portion or all of an Image Solutions, Inc. (ISI) software product, you accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement when downloading a demonstration or downloading a purchased product. Due to descript posted product information, available downloads, and access to ISI for additional questions, ISI does not accept returns on software products downloaded from www.imagesolutions.com nor does ISI accept returns on software products purchased online. If you acquired the software on tangible media (e.g. CD) with an opportunity to review this license and you do not accept this agreement, you may obtain a refund of the amount you originally paid if you: (A) Do not open, install, or use the software; and (B) Contact ISI immediately to return it, with proof of payment, and within 72 hours of the purchase date receipt.

2. RETAIL PURCHASE. If you purchased an ISI software product through an independent retailer, you must return the product to the store or distributor from which it was purchased. ISI does not handle the returns of software products purchased through independent retailers.

3. ISI REPRESENTATIVE PURCHASE. If you acquired the software product on tangible media (e.g. CD) with an opportunity to review this license directly through an ISI Representative and you do not accept this agreement, you may obtain a refund of the amount originally paid if you: (A) Do not open, install, or use the software; and (B) Contact your ISI Representative immediately to return it, with proof of payment, and within 72 hours of the purchase date receipt.
