 With the ISIToolBox Batch tool, you can simultaneously run multiple tools across hundreds to thousands of documents. Batch lets you import bookmarks and links to all or some of your PDFs, stamp pages, shrink or swap bookmarks, merge PDFs, export document information and more. For example, to ensure publication guidelines, a batch process could be created to automatically apply publication-specific bookmark and hyperlink styles across an entire document.
Simply add the desired tools to the list, specify their settings, and then click Start. It’s that simple. Also, settings and lists can be saved for later use, giving you the flexability to automate the process as many times as you need.
