Create Time-Saving Publication Templates
Publication templates makes it easy to set and reuse layout definitions while working on multiple submissions. In addition, you can customize layouts that adhere to guidance specifications easily, saving you time on future submissions.
Convenient Publication Wizard
A publication consists of product documentation pages that are organized into customized volumes. The Publication Wizard guides you through the settings that define a publication such as volume size, table of contents generation, headers and footers, cross-references, cover pages, and more.
Master Pages and Cover Pages
ISIPublisher lets you define standard master and cover pages for your publications. Master pages can be used to apply corporate headers, confidentiality statements, etc. on top of the pages in your publication. Custom variables (eg, document title, volume page number, volume number, etc.) can also be applied for convenient formatting.
Cross References/Link Reconciliation
Since PDF documents often have hyperlinks to other files or pages in the document, ISIPublisher searches the PDF for hyperlinks, then replaces them with cross-references to the links’ destinations during publishing. Cross-references can be stamped onto the margins of pages or can replace placeholder text in the document.
Templates for Multiple Submissions
Creating a Publication Template is a great way to save time when working on multiple submissions with identical formats. In addition to publication settings, you can create templates that predefine publication structure and sections. Once a template is created, ISIPublisher will display the template in the virtual folder structure. Anytime you create a new publication, you have the option of applying the template attributes to the new publication. Create publications for annual reports, study reports, CTDs, NeES, and more.
