CRFTrack FAQs

Why do I get an error stating, "there is not enough cache space" when I try to
scan or import?

This error will generally appear when the disk is full or the cache path has not been
properly set.

Why is CRFTrack slow to initialize and run?
This generally occurs when the system-tracking feature was enabled and never disabled. If this feature is enabled for an extended period of time, the log file can grow to an unmanageable size and reduce the system performance.

Why can't I access the CTADMIN tool?
The CTADMIN tool is designed to be used by the administrative portion of the CRFTrack™ product. Only administrators are permitted to log into CTADMIN to view or make changes.

Why can't I see a protocol?
Users will not be able to view protocols unless the Administrator grants the appropriate permissions configuration to the specified user. Access to the protocols is administered utilizing the CTADMIN tool.

Where did my Batch go?
In most instances when a Batch is completed, it is deleted and moved into the CRF category. For instances when a deleted Batch needs to be retrieved, an administrator through CTADMIN can undelete a Batch.
