Theresa Pinnell joins ISI as a Sales Account Manager for New England. Theresa has a strong background in both technology and pharmaceuticals, most recently serving as an IT Analyst for Millennium Pharmaceuticals. In her experience, Theresa has been responsible for supporting teams of users who manage electronic regulatory submission documents: non-clinical, chemistry control and manufacturing, clinical and regulatory. She has also given a presentation at the Special Libraries Association Conference, "Knowledge Management: User-Driven Approaches at Biopharmaceutical Companies" and participated in the American Productivity & Quality Center 's (APQC) Tenth Consortium Benchmarking Project, "Using Knowledge Management to Drive Innovation.

Peter Reynolds joins ISI as a Senior Account Manager for the United Kingdom and brings with him a wealth of more than ten years sales expertise. Most recently, Peter was the Key Account Manager for IMS Health. Previous to that he was the United Kingdom & Ireland Account Manager for CDC Solutions, Inc. In his experience, Peter has been responsible for sourcing, generating new business sales and ensuring global continuity of messaging, pricing, competency and delivery on sales in his territory. He possesses a thorough understanding of the business drivers, complexities, exacting standards and global nature of this highly regulated arena.
