ISI CEO and Founder, Jinsoo Kim named New Jersey Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year®

Whippany, NJ (July 10, 2008) – Jinsoo Kim, founder, president and chief executive officer of Image Solutions, Inc (ISI), a leading provider of software and services to streamline the drug development and regulatory approval process, has been named a winner in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2008 New Jersey program. Kim was recognized by the Ernst & Young selection committee for his accomplishments in establishing ISI as a pioneer in electronic document submission technology for the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.

Kim built ISI from a one-man operation in 1992 to a global company that employs 450 people throughout the United States; in Frankfurt, Germany; Bristol, United Kingdom; Seoul, South Korea; and Tianjin, China. ISI pioneered electronic submissions in the pharmaceutical industry, and its work appears in the Smithsonian Institution. By designing, developing, implementing, and supporting advanced imaging technologies, ISI has assisted many of the world’s foremost pharmaceutical companies in reducing the time and cost associated with electronic New Drug Applications (eNDA) development, compilation, submission, and review.

Entrepreneur Of The Year awards recipients are chosen on a regional, national and global level. The New Jersey program is one of 29 regional U.S. programs. The New Jersey Entrepreneurs Of The Year were chosen by a panel of independent judges composed of area businesspeople, academic and civic leaders, and three award recipients from the 2007 Entrepreneur Of The Year program. Ten winners were selected in the fields of Business Services, Distribution & Transportation Services,

Information Technology Consulting, Information Technology Software, Manufacturing & Distribution, Pharmaceutical Technologies / Life Sciences, Professional Services, Retail and Consumer Products, Wireless Services & Telecommunications, and Lifetime Achievement.

All regional award recipients from the 29 U.S. programs are eligible for consideration for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year 2008 National program. Award winners in several National categories, as well as the overall National Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year award winner, will be announced at the annual awards gala in Palm Springs, California on November 15, 2008. The overall National Entrepreneur Of The Year award recipient is then considered for World Entrepreneur Of The Year, which is announced in Monte Carlo.
