Two Levels of Certification
Specialist-level certification is for users who want to enhance their skills with ISI software. Advanced lessons and advanced application of tools propel users to a new level of user operability. Specialist-level certification can be attained by passing the final exam at the completion of any e-Learning course.

Master-level certification is for users who want a deeper understanding of the overall pharmaceutical context and how each tool in the software is used to meet specific needs. Users will learn how to process specific document types, such as clinical study reports, case report forms, etc, in addition to learning how to process documents for paper or electronic submissions.

Validate and Supplement Your Career
Certification allows users to validate their skills and supplement career advancement. Upon mastery of a course, users will receive a diploma of certification bearing the ISI Software Certification logo, and transcript to help identify users as a certified expert.

Augment Your Professional Staff
When a staff member is ISI-certified, it means that they have gone through an extensive training course that tested and enhanced their knowledge of ISI software and/or industry topics.
